The $750 Website: What You Actually Get (And Why It's Not a Template)

September 22, 2026 • Heights Digital

When we tell business owners a real website is $750, the first reaction is suspicion. Fair. Most of them have been quoted $4,000–$15,000 by agencies or burned by a $99 template that looked like everyone else's. Here's exactly what the $750 build includes, what it doesn't, and how we can do it at that price.

What's in the $750 build

  • Custom design on your brand. Your colors, logo, photos and voice. Not a theme with your name swapped in.
  • Mobile-first. Designed for the phone first, because that's where 70%+ of your visitors are. Click-to-call, tap-to-text, tap-for-directions everywhere.
  • Pages that sell. Home, services (one page per core service), about, reviews, contact, service areas, gallery — scoped to your business.
  • Copy written for you. By humans who know your industry and how people search.
  • Lead capture. Forms to your phone and email with spam filtering. Optional booking or quote request.
  • Technical SEO and schema. Fast, clean code, correct headings, alt text, LocalBusiness and Service markup, sitemap, Search Console and Bing submission.
  • Google Business Profile integration. Map, reviews, consistent name/address/phone.
  • Launch. Domain, DNS, hosting, SSL, analytics — handled.

What the $399/month plan adds

Unlimited updates (text us, done), new content every month written for search, monthly SEO and technical fixes, AI search optimization for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI and the rest, weekly Google Business Profile posts and photos, hosting, security, backups, monitoring, and a monthly report. No contract; cancel and keep the site.

What it doesn't include

Complex e-commerce, custom software, portals and apps are separate projects (we build those too). Professional photography is included if you're on a content plan or available as a shoot. Ad management is a separate service.

How we do it at this price

We've built hundreds of sites since 2017 and have the process dialed in: a proven structure for local service businesses, a tight discovery call instead of six meetings, and no account-management layer. The monthly plan is where we keep earning your business, so the build is priced to be an obvious yes.

Who it's right for

Local and service businesses, professional practices, and anyone with an outdated, slow or embarrassing site. If you need a custom web application, we'll tell you and quote that instead. See small business websites.
