Heights Digital began in Raleigh, North Carolina back in 2017. We started as a content creation and marketing agency — helping small businesses on the East Coast build their brands with professional video, photography, and social media content.
In 2023, we moved our headquarters to San Antonio, Texas, planting roots in the Hill Country with our home office in Boerne. Texas felt right — the people, the growth, the entrepreneurial energy. We're proud members of the Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce, and we serve businesses across San Antonio, Austin, the Hill Country, and beyond.
Around the same time, something bigger started happening: AI exploded. We watched dozens of clients struggle with the same operational problems — slow lead response, missed calls, inconsistent follow-up, overwhelmed staff — that had nothing to do with marketing and everything to do with operations. Frankie is the founder and CEO of Heights Digital. He's a builder by nature — the kind of person who sees a broken process, can't sleep until he's fixed it, and turns "that's just how we do it" into "here's a better way."
His path hasn't been a straight line. Frankie started Heights Digital in Raleigh, North Carolina as a content creation agency — building brands through video, photography, and social media for small businesses up and down the East Coast. The work was good. The clients were good. But Frankie kept noticing the same pattern: the businesses doing the most marketing weren't always the ones growing the fastest. The ones winning had something else — the right systems behind the scenes.
In 2023, he moved Heights Digital to San Antonio, Texas. Boerne specifically, in the Hill Country. He'd been looking for a new chapter — somewhere with room to grow, real community, and the kind of straight-talking, hard-working people that match how he thinks about business. Texas delivered.
Around that same time, AI became real. Not the hype version. The actual version. Frankie saw what AI could do for small business owners who were drowning in operations work — the missed calls, the manual quote follow-ups, the spreadsheets nobody updates. He pivoted Heights Digital toward AI automation, AI search SEO, and modern websites, and started building tools that actually move the needle for service businesses.
He builds Heights Digital the same way he wishes other agencies would: direct communication, honest pricing, real results, no BS. If something isn't going to work for a client, he says so. If something will, he proves it. He answers his own phone. He responds to texts. He writes his own code. He sits in his own meetings.
Frankie is also building Portal, a live iOS social video app focused on authenticity and geographic competition — because he can't help himself. When he's not writing code overnight or rebuilding a client's website on a deadline, he's testing new AI tools, exploring what's next in technology, and looking for ways to bring more value to Heights Digital clients.
Frankie is a Christian, and faith is at the center of how he runs Heights Digital. He believes business should be a way to serve people honestly — not a vehicle for extracting maximum money from clients who don't know any better. He believes everyone has been given gifts and that we're meant to use them to build something real, lift others up, and leave things better than we found them.
